Two Ways of Seeing.
This gallery presents two bodies of work that could not look more different. The Dutch Colors Series turns the familiar landscape of the Netherlands into something approaching pure sensation. Tulip fields, open skies, and North Sea shores are rendered through long, fluid exposures — the camera tracing slow, painterly arcs through light and color until what remains is not a record of a place but the feeling of one.
The Editorial & Documentary Series takes the opposite approach: eyes open, presence declared, the world met on its own terms. From the charged streets of America to the candlelit canals of Amsterdam at night, these images operate in the tradition of photojournalism and documentary photography — work that bears witness, finds meaning in the particular, and trusts the viewer to bring their own reading to a charged frame.
I am excited to announce I am partnering with Goodman & Co to create limited edition C-prints on Fujicolor Crystal Archive paper and mounted between a sheet of acrylic and a dibond backing sheet. The result brings out the color and contrast of my work to create stunning pieces of art.
